  • Strategically align projects and programs with organisation’s vision, mission, strategic goals and objectives.
  • Develop and implement prioritisation model to align execution with strategy. 
  • Establish and execute the most optimum EPMO model to deliver the strategies through lenses of programs and project.
  • Engage with C-Suit Executives and PPPM practitioners to connect strategy with delivery components.
  • Recommend and set up the appropriate PPPM governance frameworks and methodologies to ensure achievement of organisational objectives.
  • Develop and execute Benefit Realisation Management (BRM) roadmap.
  • Execute Portfolio Risk Management requirements to evaluate and manage risks associated with the corporate strategic framework.
  • Develop and implement risk and data driven Asset Management strategies.
  • Enable Portfolio Value Management to ensure that the required investments are aligned with the portfolio governance, BRM, and prioritisation frameworks.
