- Develop and execute Benefit Realisation Management (BRM) roadmap.
- Execute Portfolio Risk Management requirements to evaluate and manage risks associated with the corporate strategic framework.
- Develop and implement risk and data driven Asset Management strategies.
- Enable Portfolio Value Management to ensure that the required investments are aligned with the portfolio governance, BRM, and prioritisation frameworks.
