With nearly 20 years of experience, I specialise in managing medium and large scale projects and programs in the Infrastructure and Resources & Mining industries. I also played a key role in the $1.82 billion Adelaide Desalination Project, contributing throughout both the construction and commissioning phases.

In addition to my project management expertise, I hold a specialisation in Corporate and Business Strategy from Harvard Business School. I’ve provided strategic consulting services to major clients like SA Water, BHP, Power & Water, and Adelaide Airport, helping them establish efficient PMOs, develop long-term business strategies, and optimise governance structures.

I also bring leadership to academia as an adjunct project management lecturer at UniSA, and I previously served as the President and CEO of the PMI South Australia Chapter.

I managed the entire lifecycle of a portfolio of programs and projects from the Study phase to Execution and Close-out. This portfolio of work had a total value in excess of $130 Million which delivered +25 Infrastructure projects and programs successfully through ECI, D&C, and Construct Only contract models with Tier 1 and 2 engineering and delivery partners. Within this portfolio, I also provided Asset Management services for the key wastewater treatment plants across the state.

I played a pivotal role at the Adelaide Desalination Plant which contributed significantly in delivering the first treatment plant ($600 Million) on time, safely, and within budget. I also managed auditing and the quality management services for a variety of major deliverables of the project ($1.82 Billion).
